Ingredients
1.5kg small chat potatoes, halved
5 slices prosciutto, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon drained capers, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Method Notes
Step 1
Preheat barbecue on high with hood closed. Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 15 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Place in a large bowl. Add prosciutto and oil. Season with pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 2
Place potato mixture in a large disposable foil baking tray. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, with hood down, for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and tender.
Step 3
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, half the parsley and half the basil in a large bowl. Add potato mixture. Toss to coat. Top with remaining parsley and basil. Serve.
Like others, did this in the oven, it was super easy and super yummy. will definitely cook again.
This is by far the best warm potato salad ever! Iv never been able to stand capers before but in this recipe... Perfect!

Wow! This is a must do! I used fresh oregano as thats what I had but followed recipe exactly besides that. Turned out wonderful
Ingredients
200g dried pasta shapes (such as gnocchi or shells)
250g grape tomatoes, quartered lengthways
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon rice bran oil (See note) or sunflower oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 bunches thin asparagus, woody ends trimmed
Method Notes
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Rinse under cold water, then drain well.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, spring onion, oil and vinegar in a large bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Leave to stand while the pasta cooks.
Step 3
Cut the tips from the asparagus. Halve the stems lengthways, then cut into 3cm lengths. Place the tips and stems in a heatproof bowl and pour over enough boiling water to cover. Stand for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Step 4
Add the asparagus and drained pasta to the tomato mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper, and toss to combine. Divide among serving bowls and serve.
I was skeptical of this recipe at first, as it seemed too simple in the ingredients, but I was proven wrong. The white wine vinegar/rice bran oil are enough to give it a nice light flavour, great for a summer night. It was a cool night when I made it, so I served it with some bread in the side to make it heartier. It was also super easy to make. Next time will add another veggie, as I did feel jt could have used another.
Delish Didn't have asparagus, subtituted with brocolli. Added a leaf or two of basil and added gnocchi instead and added a squeeze of lime. Will be making this again, next time I might stay with the recipe.
